Soothing Foot Wash

• Helps to clean the feet whilst maintaining the skin's natural protective properties

Apply one pump per foot, lather with water, wash for 20 seconds, rinse and dry thoroughly. Use daily.

Use one pump of lotion per foot daily and rub into feet and heels.
Limit application between toes.

• Keeping nails and sulci (cuticles) healthy helps prevent infection and pathologies.
• PC Oil absorbs into the nail plate which in turn helps reduce water absorption, thus reducing surface brittleness & peeling.
• It can help increase circulation around the toenails which can increase toenail growth.
• PC Nail Oil can strengthen the toenails by helping to toughen the bonds between the nail keratin.

Apply and massage oil into toenails and cuticles daily.
For damaged toenails, apply twice daily.

Not just for the feet – can be used anywhere that needs a little TLC. For feet, apply generously to heels and cover with PC heel socks overnight. Limit application between toes.
